Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on any opened, used, or tampered products. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase. If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may review and assist accordingly.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
